Step 1: Book a free 30-minute introductory call to get to know each other and assess whether there’s a good fit.
Step 2: Schedule a 50-minute trial session to experience how I work and explore what our collaboration could look like.
Step 3: If we decide to move forward, we’ll agree on the scope of the engagement—coaching, mentoring, or a hybrid approach—along with the duration and frequency of sessions.
Coaching engagements typically span 3–6 months, with sessions held every 2 to 4 weeks. Mentoring engagements can be scheduled on a more flexible, on-demand basis.
You’re free to end the engagement at any time. Similarly, I may suggest concluding the partnership if it no longer serves your goals.
Rates: Hourly rate available upon request. Pro bono sessions and discounted rates may be offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on individual circumstances.
Session Format: Sessions can be held virtually or in person (Basel, Switzerland).
Languages: Available in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese.
