About 'Where light begins'

'wherelightbegins.org' emerged from a deeply personal journey of transformation

At the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025, I found myself in the midst of a profound transition. During this time, while working with my wonderful coach—David Crépelle, I felt a strong pull to return to painting—a hobby that nourishes my creative spirit and opens a portal to the subconscious. That’s when 'Where Light Begins' came to life—the painting you see above ⬆️

'Where Light Begins' captures a moment of awakening and the beginning of a journey toward spiritual alignment. The sunflower—a natural seeker of light—symbolizes the soul in transformation. At its center, an eye represents the third eye or inner vision: a gateway to intuition, awareness, and higher consciousness. It sees not only with sight, but with presence and knowing.

This painting is a meditation on a truth I’ve come to deeply believe: that the most enduring light begins within us. As I surrendered to that light within me, it whispered: “Make meaning out of your experiences.” That message became the seed of this website—and the foundation of my coaching and mentoring work.

The purpose of my work is to support those walking their own path toward clarity, transformation, and inner alignment.

For Individual Coaching

I use the Co-Active Coaching approach in 1:1 sessions with individuals. It is grounded in the belief that people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. As a coach, I partner with clients to evoke transformation rather than simply solve problems. The approach focuses on the whole person—balancing action with reflection and aligning with their values and purpose

For Team Coaching

I use ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) with teams, partnerships, and groups. It treats relationships as a system with its own identity, beyond just the individuals involved. The goal is to improve communication, collaboration, and systemic awareness within that group.

For Mentoring

I bring a global perspective and offer mentees practical advice rooted in over 20 years of first-hand leadership and business experience. My mentoring focuses on navigating workplace challenges, managing career transitions, and building successful start-ups.
